Conference fee:

The conference fee is 150 € for ordinary participants and 80 € for students and accompanying persons covering scientific sessions, coffee breaks, 2 lunches on September 12-13, the abstract book and the guidebook for excursions, some other scientific materials, and city excursion in Ekaterinburg. The conference fees do not cover field trips, accommodation in Ekaterinburg, travel expenses, medical and personal accident insurance for participants.

Payment:
Payments for registration and field trips can be made in cash at our registration desk in the conference venue. Please note that all on-site cash payments must be made in Russian Ruble (according to the official exchange rates of the Central Bank of Russia at the date of payment). During the first registration day (September, 10) our receptionists will be available to help you find an exchange office close to the conference venue.

INQUA provides the possibility for limited financial support to the SEQS projects. The support concerns only (a part of) travel and accommodation costs and is primarily meant for young career scientists, MSc-students and researchers from countries with a low GDP.
